Warranty

The Lost Lighting warranty is designed to allow you to find your flow with the confidence that we stand behind the quality of our products.

  • 1 Year Warranty
  • Free Repair or Replacement on all Lost Lighting made products that no longer work as intended
  • You'll have to send the part back to us and cover return shipping, but we'll Repair or Replace for free.

Expendables:

  • Batteries
    • The battery is an expendable part that wears out and breaks down over time. Batteries are easy to replace and are available in the Lost Lighting Shop. All Li-ion batteries, like the ones in our phones have roughly two years or 300-500 charges on average before they significantly lose their ability to hold a charge. They are affected by age, even if they are not in use.
  • Grips and Textiles
    • These materials go through regular wear and tear through normal use of them. Replacement grip tapes, poi leashes and more available in the Lost Lighting Shop.

Intended Use:

If your dog chewed up your prop or if there's water damage on your lights, we can get you a replacement at a discounted price if you send it back and cover return shipping.

Contact us BEFORE sending anything back - please do NOT send items to us without first contacting us! 

Warranty does not cover products that were lost or stolen.

We are not responsible for merchandise that was lost or damaged during shipping to us. Please ensure your package is securely packed and trackable.
Please read all the troubleshooting tips and policy relevant to the product in question.
We can only replace and upgrade with items that we currently have in stock. We will try our best to replace it with the model/color you request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be available at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse coverage to any persons or entities that abuse these policies. Examples of abuse would be intentional breakage, repeated breakage from the same actions, and returns sent without prior acknowledgement from Lost Lighting.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not issue call tags. We will recharge the shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address or recipient refusal.
Warranty may take up to two weeks to be processed. If you are in a hurry, please contact us directly via e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it.
Our products should not be combined with products or parts from other manufacturers, unless specifically authorized by us and such other manufacturers. Any unauthorized product combination may void the warranty of our products and other manufacturers’ products
